The Black Tie/DelMar breeding program strives to make certain that
all puppies born into our care are the healthiest, happiest puppies
they can be. They are also assured of a wonderful home. We take
placing puppies in new homes very seriously and screen all potential
buyers to determine if they are willing and able to provide a suitable
home. In the event the a placement doesn't work out for any reason
and at any time in the puppies life we will take the puppy back,
period. We also do not sell puppies to owners with the intent that
they will be bred in the future. While dogs bought as show prospects
can be bred later in their lives the final decision lies with us. We see
no reason to promote unchecked and irresponsible breeding and
add to the number of unwanted dogs in shelters.

A.I. (Artificial Insemination)
We can do A.I. on any bitch sent to us for breeding. We prefer to do natural
breeding but A.I. is something that we are good at and is quick and painless.
Our success rate is extremely good with less than 5 girls who have failed to get
bred.
Stud Services
We have one handsome stud dog who is available to approved champion
Tibetan Spaniel bitches only. Howie's pedigree and show records can be
viewed on his page. We will board your bitch and do three natural or A.I.
breedings. We guarantee success or you get a return breeding! Please view

NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE
Sometimes births do not go as planned and puppies need a little extra help to
get a good start at life. While many breeders will allow puppies who have
problems or who have been rejected by their mother to perish we DO NOT!
It is a firm belief that since we made the conscious decision to use our skills
and knowledge to create life that life should be cared for no matter what. A
puppy who needs intensive around the clock care or expensive vet to survive
should and will receive it. It is after all the very least we can do.
