Merlin was born on December 10 2004 via emergency C-section. He
was simply to large to be whelped naturally and so vet intervention was
needed. Being and single puppy Merlin was a challenge to raise. He
has quite the sense of humor and often does the unexpected at just the
right time. Merlin spent his first year working as a demo dog at Petsmart
and which allowed Howie to simi retire from the job. Performing over
20 different behaviors on cue he brings smiles everywhere he goes.

Merlin now lives in North Carolina with a lovely retired couple who keep
him active and happy.
